Although there are 3 bedrooms the prices are based on 2 persons and the villa is ideally suited for couples.
Parties, celebrations, weddings, stag parties, hen parties and other gatherings etc are not allowed at the villa. Only the guests named on the booking are permitted at the villa. Apologies but the villa is not suitable for young children due to the extensive and very slippery marble flooring in the villa and around the pool.
25% deposit of total is required to confirm the booking, paid by cheque, bank transfer. Full balance required 8 weeks before arrival. A £350 refundable bond against breakages and damage is payable with your balance. Refunded 1 week after the end of your holiday. Cancellation charges: Up to 12 weeks prior to arrival deposit is forfeit. From 55 to 29 days prior to arrival 60% of total cost is forfeit. Up to 28 days prior to arrival 100% is forfeit.
Discounted car hire is available when booked through us. We can also arrange transfers.
