HOLIDAY YOU DREAM OF...

Beautiful, well equipped villa with a fantastic pool. We have had a number of holidays in this villa (and its sister villa next door). The owners supply all the necessary information you need to make your stay so easy. They organised transfers from Larnaca, in a comfortable, air conditioned people carrier. No problems crossing the border, the driver took care of everything. We hired a car, also organised by the owner - arrived on time and very competitively priced. Lovely restaurants in Bellapais and also down around the harbour, although, not in walking distance. We never had a problem with the local taxi service, friendly and well priced. I could go on and on singing the praises of both villas. Overall, fantastic holiday can't wait to return but next time it will be for longer!

A BEAUTIFUL VILLA

We have stayed at Villa Doluca 4 times and really love it. The villa is located in an elevated position overlooking Kyrenia, its about a 10 minute drive to the centre of Kyrena and around 10 minutes to Bellapais village so you do need a car. It is generally very quite although as with most gorgeous locations there is intermittent building noise these days. The view from the pool is partially obscured now due to a new villa being built adjacent to the garden, however this does not impinge on your privacy as screening has been erected. The villa is beautifully maintained inside and out and very very clean the garden is gorgeous and has matured magnificently over the years. The pool is crystal clear and was kept that way the entire duration of our holidays. The addition of maid service to change towels and bedding half way through the holiday was welcome last year (saved me washing them!). The villa is well laid out, with two bedrooms upstairs, one with en-suite and another twin room downstairs with a shower room. The lounge and kitchen are open plan and look over the pool and have everything you could possible want at hand, we've never used the lounge as its always too warm but it is well equipped with TV, surround sound and a DVD player, similarly the kitchen is well laid out with a utility room at the side, you do need to keep your food in the fridge to avoid ants - but that's the same all over Cyprus, we've been 14 times now and have learned to do so much to our cost!. The management team are accessible if there are any issues and do their best to resolve them immediately. The owners provide exceptional service and knowledge of the area and can book hire cars and airport transfers if you require them. There are rules and instructions for the villa and none are unreasonable, if you follow them your holiday will run very smoothly. We feel really lucky to have had the opportunity to return this villa time and time again and would recommend it in a heartbeat. We ourselves will definitely return if available, and if not I'm not sure I would go to Northern Cyprus!.

A REAL TASTE OF LUXURY

Me and my wife have stayed in this stunning villa twice before, and are due to visit yet again in May, I can honestly say that this is one of the only places that we both can truly unwind.
It is a very well appointed villa with everything you'd expect from a family owned holiday home, it has stunning views and is set in a quiet location, this villa offers three bedrooms , two upstairs and a family bathroom with the master bedroom having ensuite, it also has a stunning curved staircase leading down to a large open plan living room dinning and kitchen and another bedroom along with another bathroom.. The pool is a good size, especially for carrying out the odd 20 lengths to cool off from the midday sun... The last two times we stayed, The pool was also cleaned once a week!!
Location wise, it's about a 5 to 10 minute drive from Kyrenia town centre and the harbour front restaurants... So You will definitely need a car as it's not really walking distance... Although We have been told that there are now some places to eat near by which you can walk to, so we will be checking those out on this trip and will update again.. Bellapais Abbey is again only about 5 to 10 minutes away... And well worth visiting, amongst many other beautiful places...
Overall we would definitely recommend this villa, so if your looking for a little taste of luxury living .. Book it .. You won't be disappointed.

EXCEPTIONAL VILLA

Exceptional villa set in a quiet neighbourhood with outstanding views looking down over kyrenia. Large pool and terrace means that we have been able to spend lovely quiet days around the villa. The villa has everything you need and more for a fab break. We have always found it to be very clean and well run and the owners very helpful and accommodating. We love it and can't wait to go back.

FANTASTIC VILLA
We stayed in the villa for a week in August 16. The villa is exactly as the photographs describe with incredible views outside. Lovely pool that has sun all day but places to shade if necessary and plenty of poolside equipment. Facilities inside are equally top notch. We are going back in August 17 for 2 weeks. We have stayed in a number of villas in N Cyprus but this one has to be the best.

5 STAR WITH GREAT VIEWS AND YET PRIVATE.
The accommodation was 5 star. Very clean and with excellent facilities. The town is a short drive/walk down the hill with lots of shops and restaurants. There is plenty to do in the area, including places to visit, beeches etc and people are all very friendly. The weather you can almost guarantee at any time and so the pool was therefore very, very appealing. I would definitely recommend.
